Our Facilities

Virginia Nazarene Retreat Center has an assortment of styles of lodging and meeting places to make your retreat a unique experience. Whatever your choice, we desire to provide a place where all can be reconciled with God and each other.

Thompson Family Life Center

Thompson Family Life Center has a full size gym, two conference rooms, a kitchenette with fridge and warming area.

Keys Tabernacle

Keys Tabernacle seats 800 - 1000.

Lakeside Garden Chapel

Overseeing the year round fishing lake. A wonderful setting for outdoor activities, like worship, movies and bonfires.

Littrell Dining Hall

The Littrell Dining Hall has a full size commercial kitchen and dish room that is able to handle any size group. Also there is a snack bar area that is in operation on a seasonal basis.

Etta Roberts Pavilion

Our amazing Arts program is an integral part of life at Virginia Nazarene Retreat Center. From traditional activities, to something a little different, we guarantee a fun and exhilarating time for all participants.

Wesley Chapel

A small chapel that is able to handle group of 50 to 80 for meetings and worship. Wesley Chapel received a full renovation in 2021. Wesley Chapel has a full sound system, renovated platform, TV on platform that has a HDMI cable from sound booth and all new decor.

Buckingham Palace

Buckingham Palace has three rooms each containing a queen size bed and there own bathrooms. Downstairs there is a Living Area, small dining room and a kitchen. Buckingham Palace is available for upgrade housing.

Barefoot Lodge

Barefoot Lodge contains 4 bedrooms and two baths with a common area. Bedrooms 1, 2, and three contains a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 contains two queen size beds. Barefoot Lodge received a full renovation in January 2022 and is available for upgrade housing.

Dorms

Virginia Nazarene Retreat Center has two dorm style buildings that each house 100 people.

Dorm housing is our base rate housing for camps and retreats.

Prophet's Cottage

Prophet's Cottage contains two hotel style rooms each containing a queen size bed and it's own bathroom.

Prophet's Cottage is used when available for our Pastor's get away deal.

Victory Cottage

Victory Cottage contains two hotel style rooms each containing a queen size bed, a full size bed and it's own bathroom. Victory Cottage received a full renovation in spring of 2021.
